After many years of not going to the dentist, mostly do to financial constraints and slightly more than a little bit of fear, I finally got to a point where I had to go because I was experiencing a lot of discomfort. I was new to the area and didn't know anyone to ask for a recommendation. I google searched and chose Rivercrest because of all the good reviews and it's relatively close proximity to my home. I was embarrassed and nervous about how I would be received after neglecting my teeth for so long. Well, I had nothing to be nervous about ☺️. The level of grace and loving kindness exhibited by everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, at Rivercrest was incredibly comforting. Their kindness is authentic. I needed a LOT of work and everything that was happening in my mouth was articulated to me beautifully by Dr. Barber. The task at hand to save my teeth was daunting to me but not to them☺️ I was put completely at about the process and knew I was in the best possible hands. The work was completed including several crowns and a few fillings and I literally felt like a new person. That was almost a year ago. I feel remiss for not reviewing sooner. I just got back from my 6 month cleaning (Jennifer is my hygienist and she is FANTASTIC!) and my teeth haven't been this healthy in a long time! The work that was done was exceptional and my mouth health is better than ever thanks to the crew at Rivercrest! As I was leaving the office feeling really blessed that I found them I went straight away to my phone to write this review. I am literally sitting in my car in their parking lot😂 I needed to do it before I got too distracted by life and forgot again! I love y'all at Rivercrest Family Dental! Thanks for taking such good care of me☺️❣️
